01 Legal Entity

Peace is a trading name of Ruth Elizabeth Zielinski. By accessing our services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the aforementioned entity.

02 Service Description

Peace provides specialized digital content creation engines focused on high-conversion outputs, including:

• Email Content Engine: Strategy, copywriting, and design for direct-response and editorial email marketing.

• Video Content Engine: Conceptualization, editing, and optimization of short-form and high-impact video assets.

03 Payment & Billing

To maintain our "Zen-like" operational efficiency, we utilize a streamlined billing process:

• Upfront Payment: All service fees must be paid upfront before project commencement.

• Security: All transactions are processed securely via Mollie.

• Privacy: We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

04 Cancellation & Refunds

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, please note the following critical exception:

The cooling-off period and the right to a refund do not apply to digital services that have already commenced or been fulfilled with the user's express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel is lost.

Due to the bespoke and immediate nature of our Content Engines, work often begins within 24 hours of payment. Once a "Content Brief" is accepted, the service is deemed to have commenced.

05 Intellectual Property

Peace prides itself on delivering high-value creative assets. Our policy on ownership is:

• Transfer of Rights: Full Intellectual Property (IP) ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client only upon receipt of full payment.

• Retention: Until final payment is cleared, all drafts, concepts, and final files remain the property of Peace.

• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly agreed upon.

06 Liability

While we strive for perfection in every delivery, Peace (Ruth Elizabeth Zielinski) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered assets. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

07 Governing Law

Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
